On Thursday (27/11/2025), Dr. Shawkat Zain Al-Abidin Mohammed, a distinguished lecturer at the University of Zakho, participated by presenting his research at the 9th International Scientific Conference held in Erbil, the capital. It is worth mentioning that this conference was organized by the Minara Center for Development and Training.
